Wonders are Free

Surrounded
by beauty, I look - but don't see.
Amidst all this glory
how
blind can I be?
My Eyes are now open! I'll close them no more...
I'm stopping - and looking.
There's
so much in store!
The weeds in a pasture, the rocks in a stream...
the
wind in the treetops,
the
grass cool and green!
The colors of sunset; the stars in the sky....
the
sound of the silence;
an
echoing cry!
They belong to the people; all ages and creeds.
And it's yours for the asking;
God's wonders are free!
